The Davidoff Accessories Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Davidoff, Cigar Aficionado, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is not directed to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and entries from those jurisdictions are void.
The Sweepstakes begins on November 13, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 14, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
To enter, visit the Sweepstakes website and complete the official entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address. You must agree to these Official Rules and confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Total ARV of all prizes: [To be determined]. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes except at Sponsor's discretion due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or before December 16, 2025 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days after the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), and any other required documentation within ten (10) days of date of notification or prize will be forfeited.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Cigar Aficionado, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, which may occur in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
